Payment & Ordering
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments with all the cards listed below, as well as Klarna (for some countries).

You can also pay with a gift card if you got from us. Gift cards are applicable in the store, and should be registered at the checkout. You cannot use multiple gift cards at the same time. You can, however, use the same credit card more than once until the limit has been reached.
2. My credit card was declined, why?
In rare cases credit cards can be declined, often due to a mistake while typing in your card details. Make sure you enter your card details correctly.
Other reasons:
1. Reaching the account spending limit
2. Entering the wrong card number
3. Entering the wrong expiration date
4. Entering the wrong CV2 security code
5. Having a security setting in place to block online purchases
If you are still not able to pay for your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will be able to help you with your issue.
3. What currency are your prices in?
All prices on EirHealth are stated in the currency that you choose. The actual credit card transactions are always converted to EUR upon withdrawal. You will find the conversion rate stated upon checkout. Klarna payments are withdrawn at local rates.
4. Can I place the order by phone?
All orders have to be placed online. However you are always welcome to call us in case you need any guidance or help with placing an order.
5. When will I be charged?
You will only be charged once your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Restrictions

Return policy / Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your eirhealth.com purchases. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, please contact customer service, or email us at info@eirhealth.com and let us know the reason of your complaint. Products may be returned within 30 days for store credit, products exchange or original payment.
Auto-ship service /Subscription
The Eir Health Auto ship service allows you to set up shipping and delivery for products (just one or many!) that you use on a recurring basis. You will be able to choose when you need the delivery and for how long through your account. This service is to ensure you never run out of the products you may need. You may at any time cancel this Auto-delivery subscription service through your account. No extra fees will be charged and the service is free to use. Purchase amount will be debited once the goods are delivered, not in advance. Service can be cancelled at any time.
