These terms and conditions govern the use of the EirHealth.co.uk online service, placing orders for goods available in this store, delivery of ordered goods to the Buyer, payment by the Buyer for the purchased goods, the Buyer's rights to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract, and the rules for submitting and considering complaints. These terms and conditions do not define the rules for sales, promotions, or the loyalty policy conducted by the Seller (loyalty cards, discounts, etc.). If you do not accept the below conditions of using this site, please leave it. As the Seller, we reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions for significant technical, legal, and/or organizational reasons; however, all orders placed before the date of such changes will be subject to the previously valid Terms and Conditions.

Payments and Orders

1. What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro through the Klarna, payU, tpay or Stripe services (regional access restrictions to a selected payment form may apply). Payment is made at the time of order placement. Payments can also be made using payment vouchers issued by Eir Health. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

2. My card payment failed, why?

In rare cases, card payments may be rejected. The most common reason for payment rejection is an error in entering card data, so please pay close attention to this.

Other possible reasons include:

• Reaching the spending limit on the card/account
• Entering the wrong card number
• Entering the wrong card expiry date
• Entering the wrong CVC code
• An active block on internet payments on the card
• The transaction value exceeding the internet payment limit on the card

If, after ensuring none of the above reasons are the source of the payment issue, please contact our Support Department - we will try to help solve the problem.

3. Prices

All prices on the EirHealth.co.uk site are presented in the currency chosen by the user. In the british version of the site, the user can choose to display prices in British pounds (GBP) or euros (EUR). All prices include VAT.

4. Delivery
Depending on the chosen type of shipping and the recipient's address, the waiting time is 3-5 business days for shipments within the UK, and 2-7 business days for shipments within the European Union and the United States of America. There is no possibility of personal collection of ordered goods.

5. Age Restrictions
Only adults are allowed to make purchases on the EirHealth.co.uk website.

6. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement made with Eir Health within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period in which withdrawal from the agreement is possible starts from the day when the customer or a third party indicated by the customer has confirmed receipt of the shipment with the ordered products. To exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@eirhealth.com. In the return message, you will receive instructions containing further steps in the withdrawal process.

7. Restrictions

All textual, graphic, and audio materials may be downloaded and used only for private purposes. Materials may not be modified or changed, and all copyright and proprietary rights remain the property of Eir Health.

8. Returns and Complaints

We care about a high level of customer satisfaction with our products, so if you have received a defective product, or are dissatisfied with the quality of the purchased product, please contact us by email at info@eirhealth.com and describe the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team will investigate your case and make a refund in the form of a voucher for purchases in the store, a refund of the original payment, or exchange the product for a new one. In specific cases, we may ask you to return the defective product to our address in Poland for the purpose of examining the defect and improving the quality of our processes. The time to consider a complaint may take up to 21 days from the moment of reporting.
