The shipping is free on all orders above €50.
On orders below €50, the shipping rate is flat €5.
What's the delivery time?
3-5 business days depending on the region.
We currently ship with UPS, except for Finland, Sweden and Denmark where we use the local services.
Delivery time to special areas of the member states of the EU (e.g. the Canary Islands), Norway, and Switzerland is longer and individual for each region. Packages to these areas/countries are shipped with various logistic companies.
Do you deliver to all places in the EU?
We ship to all continental locations within the European Union.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, besides the EU we ship to Norway, Switzerland, the UK and the United States where CBD is legal.
What is "Auto-Ship and Save 20%"?
It is a subscription service to ensure you a steady supply when you need it. As a loyal customer, we reward you with a 20% discount.
You can, at any time, skip a delivery or cancel the subscription. No obligations!
You can find details of your subscription(s) under My Account > My Subscriptions. For each product in My Subscriptions, you can:
- Increase / decrease the number of units
- Change the delivery frequency
- Skip the next delivery
- Change delivery address
- Change the credit card details

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CBD. If you are unhappy with our CBD, we will refund your first order in full. No return necessary, and no questions asked!
In case you want to return an order or exchange a product, we offer a 30 days return policy and will guide you every step of the way. Returns can be requested via your account page or by contacting us via email or any other contact form.
